Terms and Conditions
The VIP is issued by BetVisa and shall be subject to (1) the General Terms and Conditions of BetVisa and (2) the Terms and Conditions of VIP listed below (“T&C of VIP”). All members of VIP shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the T&C as stipulated below:
- The Terms and Conditions of VIP
- Any reference to the T&C of VIP shall include the T&C of VIP as amended or modified by BetVisa at any time as BetVisa deems fit in its absolute discretion and such amendments shall be deemed to have been notified to the members of VIP when BetVisa posts the amendments on VIP or such places as BetVisa deem fit.
- If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between General T&C of BetVisa and the T&C of VIP herein contained, the T&C of VIP herein contained shall prevail to the extent of the discrepancy or inconsistency.
- The T&C of BetVisa shall supersede any and all earlier governing terms and conditions of the VIP.
- The following persons may not apply membership to VIP
- Persons below the age of 18.
- Users with multiple user IDs detected by BetVisa.
- Users that BetVisa may determine at its absolute discretion.
- VIP Tier Upgrade/Downgrade
- BetVisa shall have absolute discretion to upgrade/downgrade the VIP Tier of any of its members at the end of each month in case the member account meets the tier upgrade points requirements or fails to earn the monthly Reward Points for the respective Tier.
- Reward Points
- Members may earn Reward Points only on real money bets; games played using bonus amount will not yield reward points.
- Reward Points are accumulated and updated in player’s account between 13:00 to 14:00 (GMT+7).
- Reward Points and offers are not transferable to other accounts.
- Suspension and Termination
- BetVisa may, at any time, without any liabilities and in its absolute discretion, terminate or cancel the VIP Program without prior notice or assigning any reasons.
